Use within 10 days (or more if you freeze it)

How to use : Wash to root carefully, cut the root into 12 equal pieces and eat 1 piece per day. If the taste is too bitter for you add some honey and water and heat it in a micro wave oven. It is generally recommended to use ginseng cyclically for a period of two weeks.

Not recommended for : children and people with hypertension.

Our ginseng roots are at least 9 years old before they are harvested.
